We work with founder-led businesses doing real, hands-on work, makers and manufacturers, specialty food & beverage and consumer-product brands, and other mission-aligned companies who want clarity, structure, and confidence in their numbers. Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Brianna Weatherspoon
Hi, I’m Brianna Weatherspoon, founder of Spoonful Financial Services.
I work with mission-driven business owners who want to feel clear and calm about their finances, and lead their business from that place.
I spent a decade in corporate finance, focusing on FP&A, cost accounting, and financial modeling for multi-million-dollar projects at CBRE. I hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting, a Master’s in Finance, and I am a CPA candidate working toward experience requirements.
During that time, I saw how much structure and clarity large organizations are built around, and how different that experience can feel for small, founder-led businesses doing meaningful work.
So I built Spoonful to bring that same depth of financial clarity to smaller businesses, without the corporate complexity.
I offer more than clean books. I help you understand what your numbers are telling you and what decisions make sense for your business right now. Whether you need a strong financial foundation, clearer insight into pricing and profitability, or an ongoing strategic partner, I work with a small number of clients so I can show up thoughtfully and consistently.
My approach is grounded and relational. I believe your financial systems should reflect your values, not just your revenue. I also believe the right financial support should give you more freedom, not more stress.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, walking my dog Teddy, practicing sound healing, meditating, or volunteering in community wellness spaces.

Isaiah Weatherspoon is a partner of Spoonful Financial Services and a federally licensed Enrolled Agent and Fractional COO serving small business owners, real estate investors, and growing organizations.
With a Master's in Public Administration and over 12 years of experience across nonprofit, government, and corporate environments, Isaiah brings a rare combination of tax expertise and operational leadership to every client engagement. He understands not just how businesses are taxed, but how they run, where they can improve, and what they need to scale.
Through Spoonful Financial Services, Isaiah provides tax preparation, IRS representation, and fractional COO support that gives business owners the strategic clarity and operational infrastructure typically reserved for much larger organizations.
His work is grounded in one principle: the best business decisions are informed by both operational discipline and tax-aware strategy and business owners deserve access to both under one roof.
