Hi, I’m Brianna Weatherspoon

Hi, I’m Brianna Weatherspoon, founder of Spoonful Financial Services, built with heart for mission-driven businesses ready to bring calm and clarity to their finances.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Finance, and I am a CPA candidate. With over a decade of experience in financial operations, accounting, and strategic support, I founded Spoonful to offer more than just clean books. I provide thoughtful financial care and a trusted partnership for business owners who want their finances to support their life, giving them the freedom to focus on their purpose and reclaim their time.

Together, we simplify systems, make sense of the numbers, and build financial foundations that support both sustainable growth and peace of mind.

My approach blends structure with empathy, and strategy with collaboration, always delivered in a grounded, accessible way. I believe financial systems should reflect your values, and I’m honored to support business owners creating meaningful, people-centered impact in their communities.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending quality time with family and friends, walking my dog Teddy, practicing sound healing, meditating, or volunteering in community wellness spaces. Your business should support your purpose and your peace, and I’m here to help you build exactly that.

  • Isaiah Weatherspoon is a Fractional COO with Spoonful Financial Services.

    Isaiah holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is an EA candidate with over 10 years of experience in operations and human resources leadership across nonprofit and for-profit organizations. He works closely with executive leadership teams and employees at all levels to design operational and HR systems that are efficient, compliant, and people-centered. His background spans operational strategy, Risk Management, HR infrastructure, compliance, and execution, providing him with a practical understanding of how organizations function on a day-to-day basis.

    As a Fractional COO, Isaiah helps business owners bring clarity to their operations by building workflows, documenting processes, and creating accountability structures that support sustainable growth. His HR expertise allows him to align operations with hiring, role clarity, and workforce realities, not just systems on paper.

    Isaiah’s work is grounded in operational discipline, people-centered leadership, and tax-aware decision-making that reduces risk and supports long-term business success.
